What do I need to do before my order can be sent to print?
Answer
Before an order can move into production, a few details must be confirmed so we know where the job is going and how it should ship. Make sure you have handled each of these:
- Authorize your shipping address: add and confirm the destination address on the order.
- Select a shipping method: choose how the order should get to you, including options like customer pickup or standard shipping.
- Accept your proof: review and approve the free online proof so production has the final go-ahead.
Without a confirmed address and shipping method, the order cannot proceed to print. Once these are in place and the proof is approved, the job enters production.
