Question
Can 4OVER4 print custom fonts on my order?
Answer
Yes, 4OVER4 can print with custom fonts as long as you supply the font file, since the press needs the actual typeface to reproduce it exactly.
- Compress the font file into a zip archive before sending.
- Send it through WeTransfer or another file-transfer service.
- Use a compatible format such as OTF or TTF.
An even safer alternative is to outline your fonts to curves in your design file so the type stays fixed no matter which system opens it. If you are unsure, our team can confirm the setup before production.
