Question

What if I need help with my order or artwork?

Answer

4OVER4's support team can step in at any stage, whether you are still prepping artwork or your job is already moving through production. If something looks off, reach out before you approve a proof so it can be fixed without a reprint.

Support can help with:

  • File and artwork checks, including bleed, resolution, and color mode
  • Sizing and template questions before you upload
  • Reviewing and approving your free online proof
  • Order status, changes, and holds
  • Issues, reprints, and follow-ups after delivery

You can get in touch through Help Center live chat, by email, or through the FAQs on each product page.
