Can I reuse artwork from a previous order for a new order?

Yes. If a design was already approved on an earlier order, you can reuse it on a new one without going through another proof. Reusing approved artwork keeps a repeat order simple and fast.

• Place a new order with the same, previously approved artwork.
• Self-approve the order since the file was already signed off before.
• No new proof review is required when the artwork is unchanged.

If you do not have the file on hand, you do not need to resend it. Add a note in the cart asking to use the artwork from your earlier order, including the order or reference number so the file team can pull the correct files, or contact customer support with your previous order details and they will place the new order with your existing files. If the artwork has changed since the last run, mention that so the correct version is applied.
