Question
Is design assistance or file preparation help included with my order?
Answer
Design assistance and file preparation support are available, though there is a step to complete first. An order needs to be placed online with a payment method on file before extensive design work can begin.
- Contact customer support to discuss what your project needs.
- Place the order online with a payment method on file before major design work starts.
- Confirm the pricing and scope of any design services upfront.
Knowing the cost and scope before work begins avoids surprises, so ask for those details as part of your first conversation with support.
