Why don't I see an approve button for my proofs even though they look good?

If your proofs look ready but there is no approve button, the usual reason is that you selected Straight To Production when placing the order. With that option, no manual approval is needed. The files move into production automatically once they pass the technical review.

• Straight To Production selected: no approve button appears by design, and the job advances on its own after file review.
• Option not selected: if you still do not see an approval button, the proofs may not be fully posted yet, so refresh the page.
• Still missing: contact support to confirm the order status.
