What should I do if the 'Accept Proofs' button isn't working?
Answer
If the Accept Proofs button will not respond, the most common reason is that the proofs are not ready to accept yet. The file rep has to review your files and upload the proofs before that button becomes active.
- Check your order status in your account first.
- If proofs are not yet posted, wait for the rep to complete file review and upload them.
- Once proofs are ready, you can view, approve, or reject them.
- If the status shows proofs are ready but the button still fails, try refreshing or a different browser, then contact support.
You will typically get an email notification the moment proofs are available for approval.
