I am having trouble uploading my files, what should I do?

If your upload stalls, times out, or the file is simply too large, you do not have to solve it before placing the order. You can finish checkout first and send the artwork afterward.

• Files over 150MB will not upload through the standard uploader.
• In that case, select "Upload Files Later" and continue to generate the order online.
• Once the order is placed, you can supply the artwork separately so production can continue.

To reduce upload trouble in the first place, flatten and export your design to a print-ready PDF, which is usually far smaller than a layered working file.
