What paper thickness should I use for EDDM postcards?
For EDDM postcards, USPS sets a minimum thickness and your card size drives the practical choice. Thicker stock survives sorting and arrives looking crisp, so match the weight to how large the card is.

USPS requires a minimum thickness of 0.007", and both 14pt and 16pt clear it comfortably.
