Submit source files in a lossless format so the interlacing stays clean. High-resolution TIFF, PSD, or PDF are the safe choices, and for animation you want each frame exported as a numbered sequence. Avoid JPEG, because its compression introduces artifacts that become far more visible once the frames are sliced and woven together.
