What file format should I use for mesh printing?
Answer
For large-format mesh, submit a high-resolution vector or raster file sized for big output.
- Formats: print-ready PDF, AI, or PSD.
- Resolution: 150 DPI minimum at final print size, which is plenty for banners viewed from a distance.
- Bleed: 0.125 inches on all sides, with the template showing where hems and grommets sit.
- Color mode: CMYK for predictable printed color.
- Keep critical text and logos inside the safe zone, away from grommet and pole-pocket areas.
Building at a proportional scale (for example, half size at 300 DPI) keeps files manageable while holding print quality.
