A print-ready PDF is the safest choice for foam core.
- Export as PDF in CMYK color mode
- Use 150 DPI at final size as the minimum, with 300 DPI ideal for sharp detail
- Add 0.125 inch bleed on all sides
- Outline fonts and embed images so nothing shifts at print time
