Look and paper

Every ticket and its stub share one number, so you can draw a winner, check a ticket was sold once and reconcile the night's takings. The stub is marked with a dashed line for the perforation.

About the event ticket maker

Type the event, pick a size, say how many you need. Every ticket comes out numbered, with a matching stub, laid out on the sheet with cut lines.

The number is the whole point

A raffle ticket without a number is a piece of paper. The number on the stub and the number on the ticket are what let you draw a winner, prove a ticket was sold once, and reconcile the takings at the end of the night.

This numbers every piece in sequence, prints the same number on the ticket and on the stub, and lets you start from whatever number your last batch ended on.

Perforation is a printing job, not a design job

The dashed line on the PDF marks where the stub tears. A home printer cannot perforate, so the line is there for a guillotine or for us: 4OVER4 perforates and numbers tickets on press, which is faster and tears cleanly every time.

Common questions

Questions about free event ticket maker

Are the tickets numbered?

Yes. Every ticket is numbered in sequence and the same number is printed on its stub. You choose the starting number and the prefix.

How many can I make?

Up to 2,000 in one PDF. The tool lays them out on as many sheets as it takes and tells you how many sheets that is.

Can I print them at home?

Yes, and then cut on the grey lines. The dashed stub line is a guide: a home printer cannot perforate, so either fold and tear or have them perforated on press.

Is this free?

Yes. It runs in your browser, there is no account and there is no watermark.
