No. The tool is for your own face only, and you confirm that before it runs.
What does it cost?
200 coins for a standard set of 8 and 400 coins for a premium set of 8.
Whose photos can I use?
Your own only. The tool asks you to confirm it, and it refuses to make headshots of anyone else.
How many photos do I need?
Two to four, well lit, facing the camera, with different expressions. More variety gives a better set.
What do I get?
