Why the name is never drawn as a picture
Image models draw letters as shapes, and on a business name they misspell, invent ligatures and wobble. So this tool generates the symbol only. Your name is set in a real typeface from a curated list of fonts that are free for commercial use, so every letter is exactly right and a sign maker can match it.
The symbol comes back as a genuine SVG made of paths, not a picture traced into a vector afterwards, so it scales from a business card to a banner without going soft.
What a print-ready logo needs
A logo is not one file. You need a full-colour version, a one-colour version for foil, embossing and single-ink jobs, and a reversed version for dark backgrounds. You also need a clear-space rule so nothing crowds it. Every option here comes with all three versions and the rule.
We do not search trademarks. Before you use a generated mark commercially, check that nobody else already owns something close to it.
Common questions
Questions about logo maker
How does it choose the ideas?
It lists the pictures every business in your trade already uses and keeps clear of them, writes a longlist of ideas across several logo types, scores each on clarity, distinction, simplicity, fit and how it reads small, and draws the strongest few.
What if a logo comes back wrong?
Every symbol is checked before you see it. One that holds a picture, live text, a blur or a gradient is dropped and its coins go back to you.
Is the logo a real vector file?
Yes. The symbol is generated directly as SVG paths, and the name is set as type. You can open the file in Illustrator, Inkscape or Figma and edit it.
Can I make a logo with just my business name?
Yes, and it is free. Choose Name only, pick a typeface, and download the full-colour, one-colour and reversed versions.
Is the logo trademarked or trademark-cleared?
No. A generated mark has not been searched against registered trademarks. Clear it with a trademark search or an attorney before you rely on it commercially.
What does it cost?
35 coins a logo, and you choose from 1 to 6. Redrawing one option costs 40 coins. A name-only logo is free.
