Signage That Guides Every Guest, Lobby to Lot
Guests find the elevator, the ballroom, the pool and the parking garage because a sign pointed them there. This one product covers those signs, printed from your own artwork so the wayfinding, the room numbers and the welcome board all match your brand, and the material list is what lets it cover a whole property.
Every other rigid sign sits on rigid signs, and our hotel signage ideas walk through placement from the lobby to the pool.
What Are Hotel Signs
Hotel signs cover wayfinding and directions, welcome and lobby displays, event and conference boards, pool and amenity notices, room and floor markers, and outdoor parking signs. For a heavier rigid panel, see the Standard Coroplast Signs and Aluminum Signs.
What Size Should a Hotel Sign Be
Pick the size by the spot. An 11" x 17" suits a directional arrow, a room notice or an elevator card. Step up to 12" x 18", 16" x 20" or 18" x 24" for a lobby welcome, an event board, or pool rules that read from across the deck. The 48" x 96" preset handles a ballroom directory or an entrance panel, and Any Size fits an existing frame.
What Material Should You Print On
Indoors, the 10mil Semi Gloss, 10mil Hi Gloss and 32# Bright White Uncoated give a crisp print for walls and easels, and Semi Gloss or Gloss Canvas makes a lobby piece read more like art. White Adhesive Backed Vinyl, permanent or removable, sticks straight to a glass door as a room label or an hours notice, and 10 mil Backlit Film lights up the front desk logo in a lightbox after dark. Outside, 13oz. Smooth Blockout Vinyl stops light through the back and 7mil Polypropylene stands up to weather at the entrance, the pool and the parking lot. Laminate a sign near an elevator bank or a pool, where hands and moisture reach the surface.
For finished art, each blank hotel sign template is built with the bleed and safe margin drawn in, so room numbers and arrows stay clear of the cut.

How Much Do Hotel Signs Cost
One directional sign or a full set for a property refresh: a larger size, a specialty material like backlit film or blockout vinyl, or lamination adds to the total, while a plain uncoated sign keeps it lowest, and the price panel shows each change. How Fast Can You Get Hotel Signs
Standard production is 2 business days. When a conference moves up or a sign gets damaged the morning of an event, next-day and same-day printing are in the same dropdown, printed in-house at the NYC plant. Same-day orders need approval by the daily cutoff to ship that afternoon. Check the file on a free online proof first, or send it straight to production if you have printed the same sign before. Across every order, 99.8% of 4OVER4 jobs land on time and 82% ship early.
