The foil goes on 16 point silk laminated or 14pt uncoated cover for the business cards, postcards and flyers, on 16 point silk laminated for the hangtags, and on 32pt UltraWhite uncoated for Fat Foil Business Cards. Business cards come at 2 by 3.5, credit card size, slim 1.5 by 3.5 or 2.5 by 2.5 inches, postcards and flyers in four sizes from 4 by 6 to 5 by 7 inches, and hangtags in eight sizes from 1.5 by 3.5 to 4 by 6 inches with a 1/8 inch hole. Spot UV is an option on all but the Fat Foil cards, and rounded corners on the cards, postcards and flyers.

No. Foil is a separate metallic layer stamped onto the sheet, so it reflects light like metal; metallic ink is printed like any other ink and gives a softer sheen.
Can I combine foil with spot UV?
Yes, on the Metallic Foil Business Cards, Postcards, Flyers and Hangtags, where spot UV is an option on the front, the back or both. Fat Foil Business Cards offer foil without spot UV.
Why is the Fat Foil card different?
