How do I know if my order has been completed?
Answer
If you selected pickup of your order at our facility, you will be sent a real time email when the order has been completed. Once you receive that email, feel free to come over. Shipped orders are also confirmed by a notification email once production is complete.
- Our automated system generates emails in real time, so the second your order is boxed and ready to be picked up, you will know it that same second.
- The timing follows the turnaround selected at purchase, so if the expected window passes without an update, reach out to support with your order number to check the status.
- Please do not call our offices to check on the pickup status of your order; our reps will not have access to any more information than the automated emails provide.
- Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 10AM to 6PM.
