If your count comes up short, contact 4OVER4 support by email with your order details and the discrepancy. Counts can sometimes be off by a small margin, so it helps to recount first.

• Recount the pieces you received, or ask the recipient to recount
• Note the quantity ordered versus the quantity on hand
• Share your order and job numbers so the team can pull the job
• Mention if the order shipped in multiple boxes, in case one is still in transit

4OVER4 then checks with the production team to confirm how many pieces were printed and shipped, reviews the shortage, and contacts you as soon as possible to resolve it if the numbers do not match.
