What happens during the technical review process?

After you place an order, your files go through a technical review before anything is printed. A file representative checks that the artwork is set up correctly and will print as expected.

Here is how the review flows:

• A file representative inspects your uploaded files for resolution, color, bleed, and setup issues
• New proofs are posted inside your order reflecting the reviewed files
• You review those proofs and either approve them or request changes
• Production only begins after you approve

This step is your chance to catch anything before ink hits paper, so look over the posted proofs carefully and speak up if something is not right.
