Every order gives you a digital proof to review before it prints, so you can confirm the layout matches what you expect. The proof reflects how your file will be trimmed and produced.

• Look over the proof for text accuracy, image placement, and overall layout.
• Check that important elements sit inside the safe area and away from the trim edge.
• Approve it when everything looks correct, or reject it to request changes.
• Need to see it again after approving? Open the order and use the arrow icon to reopen the proof.

Reviewing carefully at this step is the best way to avoid reprints later.
