What file format do I need for mailing list uploads?

Mailing lists are handled separately from your artwork. For the address data, 4OVER4 accepts Excel spreadsheets so your recipient records import cleanly into a mail run. If your list is in another format, convert it or ask support for the correct template before uploading.

• Accepted format: .xlsx (Microsoft Excel).
• Put each address field in its own column: name, address line 1, address line 2, city, state, and ZIP.
• Keep one recipient per row and remove blank rows or merged cells.
• If you see a "file format not supported" error, request the CSV template from support and paste your data into it.

Clean, column-separated data means fewer bounced pieces and a smoother direct mail drop.
