Turnaround is set per product: each product page calculator lists its turnaround options with the Estimated Completion Day and Estimated Delivery Day. The clock starts once the order is approved (the proof approved, if you chose one, and payment provided); approval before 3:00 PM EST counts that day. Turnaround covers printing only, so add shipping transit: same-day is a ship date, and with UPS Next Day Air most US addresses receive it the next business day. Items with dies or specialty finishes may not offer the fastest tiers, and same-day pickup at the plant is also possible. If a paid rush turnaround is missed, the rush premium is reimbursed.
