Question
How do I submit a physical sample for quality review?
Answer
To have physical pieces reviewed, mail the samples to the 4OVER4 returns address and include the items you want assessed so the team can evaluate them properly.
| Send to | 4OVER4 Returns |
|---|---|
| Address | 19-41 46th St, Queens, NY 11105 |
| Include | The exact pieces you want reviewed |
A few tips before you ship:
- Add a note with your order number and a short description of the concern
- Pack the samples so they do not pick up new damage in transit
- Keep any tracking information in case you need to follow up
