Can I submit my design file via WeTransfer or another file transfer service?
Yes. WeTransfer and similar transfer services are accepted, which is handy when a file is too large to email as an attachment.
To send a file this way:
- Upload your artwork to WeTransfer or a similar service
- Share the download link with your 4OVER4 account representative
- Include your order number and any special instructions
- Confirm the team received it before your job moves ahead
Dropbox and Google Drive download links work too. Send the link to support@4over4.com with your order number and the file names, and keep it active for a few days so the team has time to download it; if it expires, send a fresh one. Website uploads take files up to 150MB, so for anything larger choose Upload Files Later at checkout to place the order first. Include your die line if your product uses a custom shape. Support confirms receipt, attaches the files to your order and lets you know when proofs are ready. Exporting a compressed print-ready PDF often brings a large design under the limit.
