How do I fix a proof if the design doesn't fit properly or has spacing issues?

If your proof shows spacing problems or the design does not fit the layout correctly, you have two ways to fix it before approving.

• Upload a corrected file: reject the proof and submit a revised file built to the correct size template.
• Ask for help: add a comment requesting that the production team adjust the design for you.
• Common causes: artwork set to the wrong dimensions, missing bleed, or text placed too close to the trim edge.

A new proof is posted after the fix so you can confirm the spacing looks right before giving final approval.
