Can I make changes to my design after submitting it for proofing?
Answer
Yes, you can still make changes after a file is submitted for proofing. Reject the proof, explain what needs to change, and upload the corrected artwork.
- Review the online proof and reject it.
- Add comments describing the changes you need.
- Upload updated files once your designer provides them.
Make sure the updated file meets the technical requirements below so the new proof generates cleanly:

Changes are possible as long as you have not approved the proof. A rep checks the new files and posts a new proof for your review; you do not need to notify support after uploading.
