What should I do if my current order doesn't match the finish of my previous orders?

If a new run looks noticeably different from the last one, for example more matte when you expected a shiny finish, it is worth flagging so it can be reviewed. Clear photos and your order number move things along quickly.
- Set the two orders side by side and take well lit photos that show the finish difference.
- Contact the complaints or support department with your order number and those photos.
- Describe what you expected versus what arrived so the team knows exactly what to compare.
- Keep the samples on hand in case they are needed for the investigation.
