• Contact support with your previous order number, job ID or invoice; even the order date works if that is all you have.
• Say which details stay the same and which change, such as quantity, shipping address or product variation.
• If the original artwork and specs are on file, the reorder is generated without rebuilding anything; otherwise include your design file.
• No spec sheet: support can look up the paper, finish and stock used on that order.
• For a specific paper spec, such as a number 70 uncoated text, contact the estimations department with the paper, size, quantity and deadline for a custom quote.
• The team provides a quote, and a free online proof is posted for your approval before the reorder goes to production.
