4OVER4 prints every job to order, so the policy is built around fixing problems rather than taking back items you no longer want. Report a problem within 30 days of delivery, and if a return is approved, ship the items back within 10 days of that approval.
- Report the issue within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and photos.
- Defects are rare; the usual remedy is a reprint, and an approved refund goes back to your original payment method.
- If a return is approved, ship the whole job back within 10 days of that approval; 4OVER4 pays return shipping on approved defective items.
