Even with Straight to Production selected, you may still see a proof if the team had to adjust your file to meet print requirements. Showing you the change is a safeguard, not a delay for its own sake.
- A proof appears when adjustments were needed, for example to bleed, resolution, or sizing.
- The proof lets you confirm the adjustments are acceptable.
- Your order will not print until you approve the adjusted proof.
- If the change looks wrong, you can reject it and provide corrections.
