Can I see a proof before my order is printed?

Yes. Before anything goes to press you can review a proof, and you choose the proof type that fits how critical color is for your project.

• Free online proof ($0): a digital proof recommended when a pleasing color is acceptable. It confirms layout, trim, and content. Select it in the price calculator or at checkout, or ask support to add it after you order.
• Hard copy options: printed proof options are also available when you need to see the actual stock and match color more closely before the full run.
• Three choices: you select from three proof options based on your needs.
• What a proof confirms: correct trim edges, nothing missing, and that your file is print ready. Check spelling, layout, safe margins, 1/8" (0.125") bleed, and colors, keeping in mind on-screen RGB can differ from printed CMYK.

The proof is generated after you place the order and posted to your account, with an email notification the moment it is ready (add secondary contact addresses if others need to see it). You are not charged during proofing; your card is charged only after you approve the proof and authorize production, and only the account owner can accept and approve. If something is off, reject the proof with comments and a revised proof is posted, with as many corrections as needed while the order stays on hold. If a proof cannot be generated automatically because of a file issue, or your order was sent to production without your approval, contact support and the team will prepare one manually. On expedited timelines, review promptly since approval deadlines can apply.
