Question
What should I do if I can't visualize a color option in my proof?
Answer
If a color choice is hard to judge from the proof, for example a custom seam color or a specialty finish, do not approve on a guess. You have a couple of clear options.
- Switch to a standard color you already know and trust, which removes the uncertainty.
- Contact 4OVER4 support to discuss alternatives and get guidance on how the option will actually appear.
Be specific about which element you are unsure of when you reach out, and the team will update your order and post a revised proof so you can approve with confidence.
