What's the difference between approving proofs and authorizing an order?
Answer
Approving proofs and authorizing an order are two separate steps. Approving the proof confirms the artwork looks right. Authorizing sends the job to print. The order goes to production only after both are done.
- Approve your proofs once you have reviewed them
- Log in to your account and click Authorize
- Enter your CVV code
- Click Authorize again to send the order to production
