What do I need to do to finalize my order after proofs are uploaded?

Once your proofs are posted, your order sits in a hold state until you complete two separate confirmations. Both are required before anything moves to the press, so it is worth doing them in the same sitting.

• Accept the proof: open the proof in your account and confirm the layout, colors, and text look exactly the way you want them printed.
• Authorize your payment: approve the charge so the order is fully funded and cleared for production.

If either step is skipped, the order stays parked and will not enter the print queue. If anything about the proof or the payment screen is unclear, reach out to support before you approve so nothing gets locked in by mistake.
