What do I need to do to authorize my order after approving proofs?

Authorizing your order takes two steps, and both must be complete before the job moves into production.

1. Accept and approve the proofs provided for your order
2. Authorize payment using the payment method on file

Once both steps are done, the order should move forward. If you have completed both and it still is not progressing, or you are unsure of your status, contact support to confirm where your order stands.
