What are the steps to approve my order after proofs are uploaded?
Answer
After you review your free online proof in your account, full approval takes two actions, not one.
- Accept the proof
- Authorize payment
Accepting the proof on its own is not enough. You also have to complete the payment authorization step. If you have accepted the proof but not yet authorized payment, you will receive a reminder to finish approval.
