How do I submit files and get proofs for my print order?
Answer
You can upload artwork through your 4OVER4 account or attach it to an email to support, then proofs are prepared for you.
- Upload files directly in your account on the website, or email them to your support team.
- Once files are received and confirmed, the team prepares your proofs.
- You are notified when the proofs are ready to review.
- Proofs post in minutes on auto-proofed products, otherwise in about 20 minutes or within one business day.
On the website: select your specs on the product page, add the product to your cart, and upload your files in the popup on the product page or at checkout. The calculator preselects Straight To Production on most products, so pick Free Online Proof to review a proof before printing. A file representative posts the proof in your account.
