How do I request a new proof if I made an error in my original submission?
Answer
If you entered the wrong specs, such as incorrect dimensions, reject the proof and describe the fix so a technician can repost it.
- Log into your 4OVER4 account and open the order.
- Click "Reject Proofs" to send it back.
- In the comments, explain the correction needed, for example the correct dimensions.
- A technician reviews your feedback and uploads corrected proofs for your review.
