Can I stop my order from going to production if I haven't approved the proof yet?

You can view your proofs at any time, and as long as the order has not yet printed there is usually room to make changes. If the job is already in production, speed matters.

• Open the order to view proofs whenever you like.
• If you still need changes, reject the proof rather than approving it.
• If the order is already in production, contact support as soon as possible to try to pull it or hold it.
