Can I send the hard copy proof via email?

No. A hard copy proof only does its job as a physical print, so it cannot be sent or approved by email.

• Why: we match the returned hard copy proof directly on the press to lock in color.
• No email version: emailing the proof would not let us verify the printed color, so it is not an option.
• Return required: the physical proof has to come back to us before the full run prints.
• Faster alternative: if on-screen approval is enough for your project, a free online proof may suit you better.
