What happens if my order has already been sent to print?
Answer
Once an order is approved and sent to print, it can no longer be changed. Production runs on the specs and files you approved, so the proof stage is where all edits must happen. Keep these points in mind:
- Approval is final: clicking approve authorizes the job exactly as shown in the proof.
- No mid-production edits: content, size, stock, and finishing are locked once printing begins.
- Review proofs carefully: check spelling, colors, layout, and file placement before you approve.
If you spot an issue after the job has printed, you would need to place a new corrected order. Contact support right away if you are unsure whether your job has already gone to print.
