Question
How can I get a discount or apply a promo code to my order?
Answer
There are two paths to saving on your order: requesting a discount for larger or repeat jobs, and applying an existing promo code at checkout.
- Large or repeat orders: contact customer support with your order details and let them know you are interested in a discount. They will review the request and may be able to help.
- Applying a promo code: enter the code during checkout and confirm the total updates before approving.
- Code not working: verify it is current and valid, then contact support with the code and your order details for help.
Sharing the exact quantity and product you need helps the team quote the best possible price.
