How do I make changes to payment method on an existing order?
Answer
The payment method on an order that is already placed can be updated from your account, as long as the order has not been approved yet, and the support team can also help.
- Contact 4OVER4 support with your order details.
- Let them know you have updated your card information on the account.
- The team charges the new card and sends the order to print.
Providing the order number up front lets the agent apply the new method and release the job in one step.
If a new card does not show as a choice, check that it saved, then refresh the page. Once the order is approved, the payment method can no longer be changed from your account, so contact support.
