How can I check if my payment was processed?

There are two easy ways to confirm a payment went through, and both center on your order status rather than your card statement.

• Sign in to your 4OVER4 account and check the order status. An approved order that has moved to print means payment succeeded.
• Contact customer service with your order number if the status is unclear.
• Watch for the order confirmation email, which follows a successful payment.

If the order still shows as awaiting payment, the charge has not completed and you can retry or ask support to process it.
