How do I approve my order before payment is processed?
Answer
Approving an order happens inside your account, from the proof for that order, and only then do you enter payment.
- Log into your account and locate the order.
- Select the blue Proof button near the order details.
- Choose Continue to review the online proof.
- Accept the proof if it is correct.
- Enter the correct payment method to complete and charge the order.
Double check the artwork carefully before accepting, since approval sends the job forward for production.
