Question

What should I do if my file dimensions are incorrect?

Answer

If your file is not the correct finished size for the product, it needs to be resized before it can be produced. A postcard set to 4x6, for example, must actually measure 4x6 with bleed added.

  1. Open your file and reset the artboard to the correct product dimensions plus the required bleed.
  2. Confirm important content sits inside the safe margin so nothing is trimmed off.
  3. Log into your account and upload the corrected file to your order.
  4. The reviewed file is checked by the team before it prints.

Resizing in your design software (rather than stretching a low-resolution image) keeps the artwork sharp at print size.
