What file dimensions should my files be for printing?

Your files should match the exact finished dimensions of the product you ordered.

• Example: if you ordered 4.25 by 5.5 inch flyers, your files should be 4.25 by 5.5 inches
• If the files do not match, the order is held and you are asked to upload corrected files
• Log into your 4OVER4 account, open the order, and re-upload on the file upload page
• The order then re-enters the queue for technical review

Setting your document to the ordered size from the start avoids holds and keeps production moving.
