4OVER4 works from print-ready PDF files when making edits or modifications. The team can adjust an existing print-ready file, but it cannot build artwork from scratch, so you need to supply a PDF that is already set up for print.
- Send a print-ready PDF for any edit or brochure change
- Working in Word, Pages, or another program? Convert to PDF first
- Spell out exactly what you want changed to avoid back-and-forth
- Note that the team edits your file, it does not design a new one for you
- Confirm bleed and page order are correct before submitting
