What happens after I upload my files for an order?
Answer
Once your files pass review, an online proof is placed in your account so you can confirm exactly how the job will print before it moves ahead.
- Open the Proofs Page in your account to view the proof and read any notes from your assigned representative.
- If you selected Straight To Production at checkout, a passing file review sends the job into production automatically with no proof to approve.
- Otherwise, choose OK MY PROOFS then APPROVE to release the job into production.
- Choose REJECT MY PROOFS to send it back and request changes.
